Once this verification is done, your profile will be displayed as "verified" and it will undoubtedly reassure service seekers in their search. To update your availability in your calendar, go to the ''My Profile'' section from the menu.

The documents requested by ProxiVie are essential in order to validate your identity and your right to offer your services. Your personal information (identity card, telephone number, email, address) is only verified and kept by ProxiVie in order to maintain a high level of security. This information is not displayed on the platform. There is therefore only your name, first name, photo, and your information describing your experience and your services offered which are displayed.

It is important to complete your profile 100%. Only once all the questions have been answered, your provider account will be activated and displayed. We verify the accuracy and validity of the information provided. Once your profile is activated, you will be able to offer your services.

To change your password, you must go to ''My profile'' from the menu.

Funds are deposited into your Paypal or Stripe account within 3-5 business days.

To delete your profile, go to ''My profile'' from the menu. Under the left menu ''EDIT PROFILE'', you will have the option ''Delete account''.

ATTENTION: Once you delete your account, all information will be lost forever.

To register, you just have to press the blue button “Offer your services”. You can then create your service provider profile and make yourself an attractive professional. Select the service(s) you want to offer, while indicating your availability. Set your rate for each of the services you offer.

No, no one can see your verification details unless you allow them to see them. It is essential for us to protect your privacy and we do everything to ensure it. Once background verification is complete, a "Background Verified" message will appear on your profile.

We offer you the free option to display your profile and be visible to service requesters. The service fee is only taken when a service is rendered. We retain a 15% service charge on amounts sent by customers, in return for the following services:

  • Secure payment method for your services
  • Customer and administrative service
  • ProxiVie marketing and promotion to attract new service seekers
  • For example: when a service displayed at $100 is rendered, we withhold $15

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled time for service delivery, no warning will be posted to your profile. However, as service applicants have made themselves available to receive you, if you cancel within 48 hours before the scheduled time for the service, a warning will be posted to your profile. Service providers are independent professionals. They are therefore either individuals or self-employed.

How it works
1. Invite your friends who don't yet know ProxiVie. Invite people who do not yet have a ProxiVie account to register using your link.
2. They get a discount. Your friends who register on ProxiVie from your link receive a $10 discount coupon on their first service.
3. Tell your friend not to forget to book. After registering, they can use the coupon to book a service.
4. When the coupon is used by your friend, you receive $10 in your wallet.

To chat with a service provider, go to their profile. Click on the envelope icon to create a conversation with the service provider via our messaging system.

It is completely free for service seekers to register, create an account and search for a service. ProxiVie allows service seekers to view and sort provider profiles, free of charge.

However, a 5% service charge is applied on each transaction. In return, ProxiVie offers the following services:

- Secure payment method (ex: PayPal and Stripe)
- Customer and administrative service
- Marketing and promotion of ProxiVie to attract new service seekers

Example: on a $50 service, we add a $2,50 service charge.

You will be able to access your payment history directly on ProxiVie, print them or download them. To do so, go to ''My portfolio'' using the menu.

To modify or delete your banking information, go to ''My profile'' from the menu. Thereafter, ''Banking / payment information''.

The reservation of a service is made by credit card, Paypal, Stripe or wallet on the platform. Know that all payments are secure. Your banking information is only processed by our secure partners PayPal and Stripe.

1. You pay the amount of the service when you book a service provider.
2. This paid amount is frozen.
3. Once the service has been rendered, you share your PIN with the service provider.
4. The frozen amount is paid to the provider.

You cannot change the time of the reservation. However, we invite you to communicate with the service provider via messaging to see with him if it is possible to change the time of the appointment. In addition, you can cancel your reservation (see the cancellation policy) then make a new reservation at the desired time.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled time for the service, you will be refunded for the amount of the service.

*However, as the service providers have made themselves available to serve you, if you cancel within 48 hours before the scheduled time for the service, 50% of the amount of the service will be paid to the professional.

**The ProxiVie service fee (5%) is non-refundable.
